Cancellation/Refund Policy
Our refund policies may differ based on the type of product purchased and are as follows:
- Limited attempt practice exams: 30 days from date of purchase.
- Unlimited attempt practice exams: 30 days from date of purchase.
- Flash cards: 30 days from date of purchase.
Pass Pen assumes the right to deny any refund request that is outside of these policies.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to complete. If after 14 days you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at refunds@passpen.com.
How to Start a Refund Request
Please send all refund requests to refunds@passpen.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address used to complete the initial order
- Your order number
- The reason for your refund request
If any of the requested information is missing this may affect the speed or viability of your refund request, so please provide as much detail as possible.
